Shipping policy

Orders are delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, which varies depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

For GCC orders, once shipments are handed over to the shipping company, any subsequent delays are beyond our control, including delays related to customs clearance.

Additional customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country's regulation. These charges are collected by the relevant authorities and are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout.
